Sidmouth Town Council is actively involved in trying to help Sidmouth residents understand – and hopefully then reduce – energy costs.
This was the council’s first project from last year – which is still very much available:

The town council has just awarded £100 to the winner of the CAPS prize draw – to encourage both residents and visitors to fill in the climate questionnaire:

Welcome to Climate Awareness Partnership Sidmouth – a partnership of Sidmouth Town Council with other interested organisations.
Almost everyone is concerned with the impact of pollution on the planet. At the same time, it can be difficult to know where to start this colossal, but winnable, fight for our future.
We believe that taking a first small step can be a very engaging action. To better understand how we are using the earth’s resources, we invite you to try out a carbon calculator at Carbon Savvy. The quickest one only takes 1 minute to try out.
